I was very happy with the service received. Prior to the move Asim answered all my questions and was re assuring. I received a second visit by Nick close to the moving date who would take charge on the day. Nick and his team arrived promptly on a very hot day. They were very efficient and courteous. Moving from an apartment I was concerned about the impact on other residents. Nick and his team were considerate and I believe they did everything to mitigate the impact. The move was slightly complicated with picking up furniture from another location. They worked out the logistics and I'm pleased to say it all went well. This company is excellent, very cheap removals considering the distance between properties. The removal man carried out all the work very professionally and was very friendly and kind. They are very reliable keeping you informed when they are arriving by messaging and calling and they stick to the quote they have given. This team is absolutely fantastic. They went above and beyond what I expected, they packed me, dismantled my furniture, moved me and then reassembled my furniture in the complete darkness as there was no electricity in my new home. They even held my baby so that I could do last minute moving chores. I am a single mum and I couldn’t have been more grateful to these courteous kind professional humans. Highly recommend, and will use again in the future.
