I've had some really bad experiences here. Most recently I came down here and left with them breaking a part in my car and saying it was my fault and then charging me to have it fixed. What's worse is the repair cost was 3 times the amount of another dealer who fixed it perfectly. I also found the receptionist Roz really unfriendly and unwelcoming, but that's just my experience.

Had been dealing with Ash Vale branch for several years - Phil I think I was my contact there. Today, I had the misfortune of dealing with Bernice. That has now quickly ended my relationship with these guys. She/He needs to revisit their customer relationship training programme. Bad attitude and no recognition that the customer can always go elsewhere - and indeed I have now done. Bernice.... a happy customer may tell 1 person about their experience. An unhappy one, will tell 10 people. You might want to bear that in mind. So sad. The lack of response to any review also tells you how little these guys care.

Repaired a puncture same day and did a good job while I waited. It was quick, only about 30 minutes, but expensive at £24, hence 4 stars. Checked online afterwards, as people told me they paid £12 -£15 for a tyre repair, and found could have had it done elsewhere for £15.
