Alan of Guardsman Property Maintenance Services impressed us from our initial contact, through home visit & quotation, providing an honest and realistic date for the work to be done & then was able to start one week earlier. Our tenants were delighted with his professionalism, hard work, care & attention to detail. I recommend Guardsman unreservedly and have already agreed that Alan will return in the Spring 2021 to quote for refreshing our external paintwork and would be very surprised if he does not successfully win that work.

I have been delighted with Alan's recent decoration at our house (repainting of hall, stairs and landings). He takes an obvious pride in choosing and using the best materials and takes great care to paint meticulously and leave a neat and tidy job. He has been entirely trustworthy in our house and has become a family friend. He has now done two considerably sized jobs for us and we can thoroughly recommend him

We have been very pleased with the work Alan has done for us this year. He has painted six rooms over the past couple of months and we have booked him for some external work when the weather permits. He uses quality paints and always left our house clean and tidy.
