Stuart contacted me with clear instructions from the start. The survey was efficiently booked and I was notified of the process. The highly detailed and informative level 3 buildings survey was returned within 4 days. Stuart also went our of his way to help me over the phone for 20 minutes explaining his findings. Then answered and explained more info 2 days later. I cannot recommend the companies services enough. 5 stars!!

Got fobbed off paying 350 pound for a home condition survey. Also wanted a cash bank transfer which was weird for a company. Did not notice any Japanese Knotweed on the property. I had to do my own research and figured out Japenese Knotweed is present. I lost out on money and time relying on this survey (which was rubbish). I was not offered any refunds. My advice would be to save your money and go with a reputable company.
