Lovely shop. The lady that works there was very knowledgeable and helped me pick some amazing food for my picky Patterdale Terrier. Thankyou very much. We will be back soon.

Since Grovely Pets have opened in Tidworth it has been a life changing and invaluable team of expertise and kindness. My oldest dog was struggling to walk with bad arthritis, struggled with weight and skin issues. Since being with Grovely my girl is 9 going on 2. I will never feed them from anywhere else . Tha k you from the bottom of all our hearts.

Friendly service and found finally the right throwing balls for my GSD Dog. Chucket balls can’t be broken and so many dog bones and healthy treats around. My dog would eat them all if she could ( allowed ). Happy New Years and good Luck with running the Pet Shop ! Will visit again.

Bought a toy for our dog that lasted less than an hour on Christmas morning, a fault with the stitching that was holding a piece of rope within the kong toy was pulled out. Had gone in to do an exchange but the woman serving was not interested in helping us, she tried to say that they tell all customers when purchasing any toy that it is not guaranteed as a dog will chew them. We were told no such thing and no sign states this by any of the toys. I will say to a certain point i agree within reason that you can't guarantee a toy for months, but, when the stitching fails in less than an hour, there is clearly a manufacturing issue. Was told to contact Kong as they said it has nothing to do with the store, they do not make the toy and wanted nothing to do with it. It is so disappointing from such a local store where we bought everything from them and have freinds that shop there too. Sadly no more from us and some others have said they wont shop there any longer either now if thats the level of customer support they provide. The loss of custom they no longer recieve from us and anyone else will far outweigh the cost of sending the toy back to Kong, very short sighted. I hope you reconsider your policy on things like this in the future, its not like i had the toy for weeks, it didnt last an hour. In response to your reply I cannot understand why you would be shocked by a negative review; i was left with no choice after the service i was given this morning. If this causes someone to think twice before buying a toy from you, it has served its purpose in the same way a positive review would work for you. You are correct, we did not ask for advice on a toy, i didnt need it, we have many kong toys and it is why we continually choose it as a brand to buy. At no point did i ask for an indestructable toy, i dont believe they exist, but i made it clear when i tried to return it that i felt it was a manufactoring fault. Whilst it may be your store policy, i completey refute that she offered to send the toy back, she has clearly told you she offered that to us, i confirm that offer was not made. We were told that we would have to get in touch with them or i would have taken her up on the return. When i asked for the address, she went onto Google on her phone at which point i said that if thats how i get it, i would handle it. If i remember correctly, i believe you have CCTV, this can be confirmed on it i would assume. I also did not have an altercation with her, i simply stated i would not shop here anymore. Please do not make insinuations as i have not called freinds to tell them to stop buying from you, they simply asked us to let them know what the outcome was to which we told them. They have stated of their own free will that will stop coming. Like i put in the original review, it was a short sighted response from your manager over a £15 toy. As for the chance to correct the situation, that came and went when i walked into the store this morning. Had your reply put that they should have offered to return it, i would have come back. The fact that they have lied to you saying they offered to return it for us is why you have no chance of me returning as a customer. You welcome the positives being spread about your shop, but reviews work both ways, the review stands as a highly accurate account of my experience and the staff that you employ.

Friendly, helpful staff, wide variety of stock, lovely to see such a great range of natural products! Nice open plan shop so easily accessible. Highly recommend a visit.
