Richard provided a prompt and fair quote for a full house carpet clean. He was able to fit me in quickly too. Sean came on the day and did an excellent job. He clearly explained how the process worked and was a pleasure to have in the house. He was a fast worker too. I was really Impressed with the end result and would highly recommend this team. I have been booking an annual carpet & rug clean with Grimebusters since 2013. Richard is always very responsive and efficient in booking my appointments and Lewis who cleaned my carpets and rugs this week is a first class professional. The carpets were quite stained in places this year due to unusually heavy wear during lock-down. Lewis did an amazing job getting rid of the them. I am a very satisfied customer and would not hesitate in recommending the company.

I had two carpets and 2 sofas cleaned yesterday by Lewis and they have come up brilliantly. I’ve used Grimebusters for a few years and they have always been 100% reliable and meticulous, this was the first time I’ve had the sofas done and they look brand new! Lewis was superb; polite, friendly, hard working and attention to detail was great. Totally recommend the team

I’ve used Grimebusters many times over the years- not only are the staff friendly, helpful and informative, their work makes such a difference. I’ve had stains ranging from dog sick, to red wine, to general bad odours due to my toddler having toilet accidents on the carpets, and the Grimebusters team make such a difference. I’ve been putting off replacing my carpets for about 5 years thanks to Grimebusters getting them back to a decent condition once or twice a year despite having cream carpets with two young kids and a dog! Highly recommend.
