I don’t usually write reviews, But I felt I must write one for this place, as I have been a regular customer for a while now. I drop in to greggs every week before i go to work to get my cheese and onion pastie , as always greggs never disappoints, what makes this particular greggs special is the incredible service I receive here each time, all the staff are great in particular Muteeb who always has a smile on and uplifts Everyone’s mood and is a very friendly person who shares a good laugh too every time I come in and treats all the customers with good manners and respect. So I would just like to say thanks to muteeb and all the staff in this place for being great as always

Wrong order and then lied to. We work from home. Ordered a breakfast roll and drink. Got the wrong order. Rang up and was promised the correct order was on its way. It never arrived. We assume we were being fobbed off. Rang back and no one answered the phone. Contacted just eat on line and was told they couldn't offer a refund. So today we have learnt never buy anything from Gregg's and never order from Just Eat because if the restaurant gets your order wrong it's tough s*** be cause they won't do anything about it! You're on your own. Very disappointed, angry and Hungry!! Hangry! 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Called in today around 14-00. Shop clearly following social distancing rules. Staff cheery and friendly. Coffee good. Tried a Festive Bake. Sorry to say very bad choice. Pastry very oily and greasy, as for filling difficult to say what it was, some sort of salty mushy substance, very non descript in taste. Very like baby food. Have had a greasy oily taste in my mouth ever since.
