I started speaking to Bridget last year when I reached out for hypnotherapy. I was suffering severely with anxiety and depression, our appointments were via zoom due to covid but Bridget made it work and was very professional. I was completely at ease from the start. I soon noticed how calmer I was becoming and each session was always started with “what’s been good” which was a massive eye opener as it showed how much positives I had to tell her. I couldn’t recommend Bridget enough she helped me come through a very dark place and i am so grateful 🌟

I saw Bridget for Sanomentology. I have severe chronic pain and I'm waiting for hip replacements. In desperation, I contacted Bridget and gave Sanomentology a go. I was amazed at the improvement in my pain levels and I think of her every time I put my socks on.
