We have used Green Man Woodlands for 6years now. Our first experience was a very large tree which had fallen with a further tree beside which needed to come down. All our further tree work has been completed by Green Man Woodlands. I would highly recommend there service. The work is of a very higher standard, Matt is very knowledgeable and always gives a very professional service. We have also had an owl carved out of a tree trunk by Matt, this skill is very impressive and looks amazing in our garden. A family run business, excellent communication and is always a pleasure to deal with.

I have recently had the pleasure of having Matt and Kit reduce the crown of my large overgrown Birch tree and I was impressed with their professional approach to the whole service which is grounded in their obvious love of trees. The tree looks fabulous, the shape is as it should be and if if I hadn't seen it before I wouldn't know it had been cut by a third. My garden was left tidy and I was delighted with the service. We can't sing Matt and Jo's praises enough. Not only are they reliable and professional, but Matt is really knowledgeable and cares about the work he does which is truly invaluable. He has taken great care of the trees and bushes in our garden and created some fabulous carvings for us from old conifer stumps that have really brought our garden to life, and the children were able to watch him create them. We are so lucky to have found both Matt and Jo, and would very highly recommend them both if you are looking for someone to do a good job for you in return for a fair days wage for a great days work.

Green Man Woodlands provides an excellent service. Initial and subsequent communications are good. The work is carried out efficiently and with a sensitivity to the nature of the trees and their growth. Matt and his colleagues are knowledgeable and share their knowledge . Once the job is done they tidy up after themselves pretty well to remove and shred even the smallest offcuts..
