Went in today with two pieces that needed to be fixed, was amazed when I picked them up. Both ring and bracelet look better than when I initially brought them, was really impressed, didn’t think the ring was salvageable after being run over but..it’s like a brand new ring :) and got given a box for the bracelet which was very sweet. Really happy with the price and efficient service with same day pick up. Friendly people, Would definitely recommend :)

Amazing service, support and value! I drove from London to get some help! I went with a bigger diamond to replace the old diamond! I was attended by a very helpful and charming gentleman who was warm and very very knowledgable. The lady at the reception was very nice and helped with ideas too! Today I collected and met the owner as well who was again very helpful and I have seen his works on Instagram- a master in his craft! I will return for more. Thank you

I had a wedding band repaired, and a diamond replaced in a half eternity ring. All repairs were discussed and advised, really reasonable price and done within an hour! Fantastic service, would definitely recommend.
