Absolutely awful service. Do not use! Booked and PAID UPFRONT £45 for a taxi. Booked taxi to be collected at 12.15 as had to be away from the venue at 12.30. Was left standing on my own in the dark at 12.40 because the taxi had not arrived even though I was told at 12.23 it would be 2 minutes. Contacted Goldstar for a refund as I had to get another taxi but was told I would not be refunded as they had met their part of the agreement. Not sure where I signed up to being collected over 30 minutes late!!!!!! Staff were rude and completely unhelpful. Would never use again!!!

They were prompt on arrival time and I didn't have to wait around. The fares on the website for forecasting trip cost per mile are useful too for budgeting if you're making regular trips.

Would not recommend this cab firm! Waiting 20 minutes for a taxi this evening, only to receive a text they had left because the passenger could not be found?? I hadn’t received any notification or call to tell me they were outside. Called the office to say I had not been called only to be told I had because they heard it go through! What a load of old tripe! So annoying! Used 357111 instead, much better service and actually texted & called when they were outside. I wouldn't give this firm any stars, only gave one star so I could write a review.

Absolutely awful service, they ask me for my privet bank information 😠 will I pay only.... When I ask why they ask me for my private information they start scream at me😠😠 Then I call the operator to ask him why they ask me that and why they charge me more since they supposto charge me 12£ instead of 18😠😠😠 The operator close me the phone when I told them if any money is missing of my account they will be in trouble 😠😠😠😠😠 the worst experience ever

Doesn’t even warrant a one star Booked using the app Didn’t turn up as ‘they were busy’ negating whole point of having an app and booking service. Compounded by lying saying if we call up in 20 minutes we will send someone out. Made other plans but did call them and then said couldn’t do it. Worst cab service in Stevenage
