The team (Mike & Steve) were extremely friendly, clean and professional from start to finish. They gave me a full demonstration of the locks before they left. I would highly recommend glass exchange.

From start to finish the team at Glass Exchange were outstanding. They explained everything to us clearly, showed us all the available options and walked us through what would happen during the time they were here. I can’t credit the lads enough for the professionalism and courtesy, they were very clean and tidy and worked to a very high standard. I had every window in my house replaced and both doors. I have used glass exchange to replace two windows on my house and I must say that they did and amazing job! Very efficient and on time all the time. Glass Exchange are extremely busy but take the time to help with the smaller jobs unlike many companies. Jamie came out adjusted some badly installed Everest patio doors. The Everest engineers (before they went into liquidation taking our life- time guarantee with them) could never get the opening door square in the frame making the door difficult to engage and lock. Jamie adjusted the door refitted the locking plate and lubricated the doors. The door now works better than it ever has, the door and site and door was cleaned up at the end of the job. A first class service from a first class local company.
