Gladys and Fifi Vintage Car Hire

A 1970 Morris Minor Convertible, in excellent condition, regularly serviced and maintained and ready to go. Happy to appear at Weddings, Films, TV and Advertising events. This car is loved by all of our customers not only for its great quality, but also for its unbeatable price. When the weather is perfect what better way to depart the church than in an open top Morris Minor, although most Bride’s prefer to arrive at the church with the hood up.  For those that do not require the conventional style of wedding transport ‘Gladys’ has to be the next best thing. A 1987 Citroen 2CV Dolly, regularly maintained and serviced, the new kid on the block. With her two tone coachwork in Ivory and Burgundy she is every bit the fashionable French ‘Haute Couture’ of classic automobiles.  The roll back roof provides open top motoring and for those that wish their wedding transport to be different ‘Fifi’ says she is better looking than a white Rolls-Royce.  Ooh La La! Happy to appear with Gladys on her events but also happy to go solo. Our wedding day was one of the most perfect days and we cannot thank John and Gladys the Morris enough for their part in it.  Gladys looked beautiful, she was shining and gleaming, decorated with ribbons and very pretty flowers. Everything had been very carefully thought about to make our day even more special !   John even removed the front passenger seat so me and my big dress could get in and out easily.  Arriving and departing the church was great fun as so many peopled beeped at us on our way as Gladys is so eye catching !  we received so many comments from our guests.   John was fantastic, so cheerful, professional and very friendly – we were so pleased he and Gladys were part of our day and we could not have asked for more.  Thank you ever so much. Just a quick email to thank you again for being so kind in giving up your time to help us out with Gladys on our wedding day.  From beginning to end it went like clockwork, despite almost losing the best lady in the opening minutes. We appear to have booked the sun at all of the right moments and our reception and meal was divine. One car and driver is £350 for transport to the Church/Venue and Reception. Gladys and Fifi can be booked for a discounted rate of £650 for both cars.  There may be a petrol charge for occasions outside of a certain milage from West Oxford.  We will happily talk this through.

We were lucky enough to use Gladys for our wedding. What a cracking example of a Morris Minor, Gladys was the perfect classic car to bring some fun to our wedding day. John, the driver, was hugely empathetic to our needs and was smart, punctual and professional - he even had a bottle of fizz stashed away for our journey to the reception. Highly recommended wedding transport.
