I’ve been using this service for a few years now got sew in weave and LA weave done over that period of time. I’ve also had issues with hair loss and theyre brilliant at how she covers it and gives me my confidence back. Couldn’t fault them at all everything is done perfectly I highly recommend them!

The worst hairdressing experience I have ever had. I went in for a perm and when I left the salon my hair had some waves in it, however when I got home my hair was completely straight again. The service was unprofessional in many different ways, for example, after washing my hair the hairdresser informed me that they do not take card payment and I would have to transfer the money to her. I let her know that I didn’t have my card reader present and therefore wouldn’t be able to set her up as a payee, and she insisted that I go to the cash machine to withdraw money right there and then whilst my hair was soaking wet before she would do anything else. She also left me completely alone in the salon whilst she went out to get food in the middle of my appointment, and sold me a headwrap that she informed me was silk but clearly isn’t. In addition, when I asked her questions about the service she would be doing she asked me “didn’t you do the research before coming here and deciding you want a perm?”. She also didn’t put anything protective around my face during the service, which I am now given to understand is necessary when getting a perm done. I could go on and on about how unprofessional the service was, however this review would be too long. She also cut my hair so that it was wonky and I had to get it fixed by another hairdresser who was appalled at the cut I was given. To her credit, I did call the salon to let her know the issues I had with my hair, and she offered to allow me to come back into the salon to check my hair, however when I asked for a refund she said she would do a test on my hair and “if it was my fault I wouldn’t get a refund, however if it was their fault I would”. When I asked what would make it my fault she said it isn’t about who is to blame. I would have gone, however the salon is over an hour’s drive from me and I didn’t trust that she would be fair and honest, especially given that when I drew her attention to the fact that I was overcharged (I paid £200 for a £120 service), she literally made me wait for 5 minutes whilst she changed the pricing on the website while I was on the phone, so it looked as if I wasn’t overcharged (I literally saw their website update whilst I was on the phone!). In addition, their website says that they have 4 salons, however I happened to drive past the stated location of their salon in Leicester, and it wasn't there. I also looked this company up on Companies House and it says they only have 1 employee, so I’m not sure what the need would be for them to have 4 salons. My guess is that they are trying to make the company seem larger than it actually is (which again is dishonest).
