Came here for bowling. Ordered food. 2x kids nugget meals. Says 5 nuggets and a drink included. Was told that we needed to order from the cafe downstairs. Ordered from the cafe. Food came. 4 nuggets in each meal and no drink. I asked at the bar why it didn't come as described and was told "we don't sell food from here until 4pm and the cafe menu is different to ours" At no point was I told this even though the supervisor said I would have been. It doesn't say this on the website or even on the menu. Bit of a joke to be honest.

Ten pin bowling event for my sons birthday. The lane kept breaking, the man was helpful in trying to repair it. Very expensive for drinks and food tho 🙄🙄 also was not offered extra time due to all the breakdowns

Good afternoon bowling with Alfie, access for me on buggy was sorted so made it fun for all of us. Friendly staff which is always a bonus, food was not available until 4pm in bowling area.

Great place for an afternoon out, we did the bowling and although our first lane was faulty it wasn’t too long until we were throwing the balls down. Cheap beverages. My only Criticism is the parking, quite difficult to work out we we were supposed to do. But great value for money.

The genesis entertainment indoor marquee is a perfect setting for any parties etc, the staff were very friendly and provided impeccable service for myself and my guests, would definitely choose this venue to host a party again in the future! :) Mehreen
