I have just had a great experience with Geering&Colyer. I bought my house with them and the process was amazing as they recommended me a really good and professional mortgage advisor (her name is Sandra) who was very patient and explained me clearly what I have to do. Also, Daniel (Property Consultant) was very supportive. Whole the team from this agency, including the solicitors who they are working with, were amazing, guys!

Recently bought our first house through Geering & Colyer. Have good experience with one of them agent John Thomsett , friendly, communicating (still in town saying Hello😁) . And we was lucky to have Sandra (mortgage advisor from countrywide), she was very helpful, friendly, explaining every detail we need to know, after completing papers and get keys, she still helping for us if have any questions . I would definitely recommend them if you first time buyers.

Hayleigh is an amazing lady. The day I went down to Dover for the house view, I knew immediately this is what I want. I had to give her a call immediately I left the house that I’m interested and she told me not to worry that she’ll speak to the owner on my behalf and she did. The geering team down Dover have been nothing short of amazing, every single member of staff, treats you with respect, doesn’t feed you anything you want to hear and will tell you exactly what they think in order to get the best outcome, you always hear horror story’s about estate agents but none of them are true with this team!
