Very professional service. Left an initial message on Sunday, received a call back the same day. The appointment was booked by 08:15 on Monday morning. Mark and his colleague arrived punctually. They were very polite and thorough. The younger colleague was training, so Mark was very patient and explained everything which was taking place. A component for the boiler was purchased, which they went and collected, only being gone for 1/2 hour. The boiler was up and running very soon after that. Well do to all concerned. Great job.

They were very helpful on the phone. The guy that came out was a nice chap and very patient with me as was hard getting to boiler then also I had damaged part and a missing part that I didn't know about. But all sorted now and would highly recommend. Thanks guys

Excellent, brilliant, efficient, polite, knowledgeable.........just a few of the positive qualities this company portrays. I've had a few Engineers in the past to come out and fix my Borsch boiler and none of them come close to GST. Well done I am completely satisfied with how everything has been handled.
