Not organised at all. Said they would have my suit ready but then closed the shop without letting me know. I needed it for a wedding and had to pick it up the next day. Missed my hotel and they didn't offer even a discount though I've been coming here for some time.

I took my jacket in that I ripped down the side on the bus and was so impressed with the repair wouldn't know anything had happened to it. Would recommend to anyone for her work.

Recommended by staff at Deisel Bluewater. Gloria is hands down the best I have experienced to date. She tells me she enjoys denim patching, and it shows. For a number of years I have been on the lookout for a decent tailor to alter and repair designer jeans. She manages to retain the original weathered finish when altering length, she took the time to measure and pin resulting on perfect length adjustment. Patching and overstitching rival any manufacturers factory. Good value and a nice lady - just wow. A real gem of a find

I took a pair of Levi 501’s in for a repair- my nephew had torn the ‘ undercarriage’ leaving them frayed. They had to put a piece in his mum thought that he had a new pair of jeans the repair was that good. Needless to say we will be using their services again
