Just moved into the area and had a problem with connecting the TV to the aerial. Found G B Connect online as being a local service so called Tom and left a message. He called me back and talked me through some of the issues it could be for me to try first, which worked and got me sorted. Really appreciated the service and support Tom gave and would definitely use again and recommend if you have any issues with TV and aerials. Thanks Tom!!

Tom is a consummate and skilled professional, who I would wholeheartedly recommend without reservation. Furthermore, he is honest, polite, attentive and utterly reliable. At short notice, Tom updated my 93 year old friends satellite dish and receiver which had failed. Tom kept me informed of progress throughout the day, and my friends viewing was soon re-established. We are both very grateful to Tom for his swift service and completion of works in one day. Its a jungle out there; don't gamble with the unknown....call Tom....you'll be in safe hands - guaranteed!!

I booked my TV in to be wallmounted I was contacted by Tom who said he could do it earlier due to a cancellation I am extremely delighted with the outcome very professional attention to detail second to none has made my game room look much nicer will definitely contact Tom again for any future jobs very friendly guy chatty easy to talk to 5 stars all the way
