Melvin has been doing my hair since Dec 2019. Have been going too so many places over the last 15 years, but sadly never really pleased with the results. Then I found Melvin at francesco’s he is so good he takes his time really professional. Absolutely relieved so happy that someone finally did exactly what I wanted. And look forward to having my hair done by him.

Sarah once again works absolute miracles, she listens exactly to how you would like your hair cut and highlighted and also gives good advice and suggestions along the way. She is always friendly & proffessional as are her whole team, she goes above and beyond as she did on the 11th June when suffering an injury. Despite cancelling due to illness 30 hours before my appointment, didn’t get my deposit back. Nowhere did it mention i would have to cancel 48 hours or more, I also booked my appointment 48 hours before the date so this wouldn’t have been possible. Have had my haircut here before but would not go back.

Melvyn cuts my hair and Vera colours it, together they are the perfect team. Always friendly and professional with lots of interesting conversation, they are an asset to Francesco Group Christchurch. Melvyn has a Vidal Sassoon background, his cutting and styling is 100% the best I've ever had. Highly recommended.
