FPM was established in 1973 as a privately owned family business. Following the sale of FPM to a public company in 2013, FPM has now returned to private ownership and is once again embracing the family culture that established its reputation as a successful and caring contractor.  FPM has been delivering a range of high quality services to the Social Housing Sector for over 40 years. We’re immensely proud of our long heritage and the reputation of the FPM name. Highly disappointed! Came and did my kitchen refit. The contractors have extremely damaged my fairly new Fridge/Freezer, stained my hallway carpet, painted walls without cleaning them first so the old stains are still clearly seen, painted my walls in 2 different colours, cut through my alarm system and then tried to hide it, left holes in ceiling and under the stairs, wired up certain electrics incorrectly, messed up the wiring to my outside lights, then you've got the swearing, insulting my decor and lighting, not covering anything over to protect my belongings. I've been fobbed off and ignored repeatedly! I have now been offered £150 to fix my Fridge/Freezer... that wouldn't cover the cost for one door! I'm absolutely heartbroken, my kitchen and belongings were much nicer before Foster Property Maintenence came into my home!

I had Foster working in house putting a new front door in. I was so impressed as they were all so friendly! The worker Chris should get a pay rise as he was brilliant and so was Michelle in the Office.

The engineer visited a family member, and was on time and very helpful. They were really worried about letting someone into their home because of the Coronavirus pandemic, but the engineer was so careful and very clean. Thanks!
