Andy and Connor were excellent when I broke down on the M25 and was recovered to them on a bank holiday. Really helpful, professional and transparent - did a great job of keeping me informed when I was worrying about what was happening and how much things might cost. Highly recommended.

Bad experience ! They are very bad, they can't unscrew a bolt! I left my Audi a6 2017 to them to change the pads. Although they used a torque wrench on the first wheel, they broke the bolt holding the pads and fell into a helpless state. They explained to me that the whole part is made of aluminum and can't drill the bolt to remove it. They informed me it cost £ 600 a new part and redirected me to another service. When I did pointed out that I gave the car to them in absolutely good condition, they did not take any responsibility. They blamed everyone and everything except themselves. Audi is a bad car brand, there were many potholes on the roads,that is snap - they said, but not that the mechanics pushed too hard. They refused to pay for the removal of the broken bolt or for new part and tomorrow I will have to go to another service center. If possible, avoid them...

These guys sorted out the front suspension on my Kuga over the Easter weekend,they kept me updated on the progress as it caused them loads of issues trying to source the parts due to the bank holiday,job was completed and was done to a high standard,will be using them again without a doubt.

Really great service today. In and out quickly, waiting room was both warm and spotlessly, with a viewing gallery to the repairs/MOT area. Fair price. Definitely recommend.
