I've booked my Subaru a week ago for wheel alignment. When I went today to pick it to they said they can't do it. Furthermore, my steering wheel and seat were adjusted and not moved to the previous position and my seat, steering wheel and armrest were dirty with something black. If they are not competent enough or equipped enough to do such a trivial procedure I really wouldn't trust them for anything else. I don't understand how they managed to make my car dirty even though they haven't done any work on it. Imagine if they have to actually spent some time on it. Better go to one of their national competitors.

Booked in a few months ago to get my cars air-conditioning re-gassed. Poor customer service, but the re-gas was done without any issues. However, it's been about three months now, and the air-conditioning (which was working well after the service) is now back to blowing warm air even on the coldest settings. It's a bit disappointing as I would expect this to have lasted longer, or that the system would have been at least checked at the time of the re-gas for any issues; especially as it cost close to £60.
