Great service by yhe team at FCD as always from start to finish. Took longer than normal due to the semiconductor shortage, but we got there in the end. 1000% happy with the new car. 2nd time using FCD and I'm more than sure there will be a 3rd in the future. Thanks FCD team.

In general a fantastic service and if you can purchase a new car any simpler I wish you luck, I have just received my 2nd car through FCD and both times the service has been smooth and efficient. My only negativity is how the car is delivered, both cars I have had delivered have been filthy and covered in grime and dirt. The first time, FCD spoke to the dealer and the cost of a full valet was refunded, the 2nd time... "Oh Well, sorry I will pass that on to the dealer"..... thanks for that but I still have a brand new dirty car. Pardon the pun, but really takes the shine off purchasing a new car from FCD when it arrives dirtier the the vehicle traded in. Could be enough to send me back to a local dealer next time to receive that new car service.

Well so disappointed by this company, supposed to help Current and Veterans of the Armed services, yet I think it is more about status and bragging rights in this industry. i made an enquiry back on the 12th December 2021, about the New Kia Sportage PHEV, as there was NO price on the system, it is now 30th March 2022, and apart from 2 emails stating the same waiting for some test for VED, yet if you go direct to Kia, pay the full up price there is NO problem, a complaint was sent in Early February 2022, as yet NO reply or action. If this is the treatment that we as serving or veterans are receiving then it is time to pull the plug on this so called Covenant holder. Further to the above, whilst the reply was positive and accepted my comments, it would appear that some personnel at Forces car direct, namely Mike the Sales Director has taken offence. I was called by Julian to discuss the cost of the car i was enquiring about, after asking me to amend my review which i agreed to do depending on progress etc, I was disconnected and called back by this irate and rude person calling himself Mike the sales director, stating that he was so personally offended by my comments that he was thinking about not dealing with me, he then went on about the content of my post, demanding that i remove it, or he would not deal with me, it was clear from his attitude and belligerent manner that he does not take criticism well. As for making threats in my direction Mike, you should have just let it go, taken the constructive criticism and moved on, but you clearly think because you are a Director that you can treat people like something you have just stood in. which if you knew anything about service personnel we do NOT react well too. To say I am appalled by your behaviour and attitude would be an understatement, if you had NOT got involved then i could possibly have dealt with Julian, but you and Forces car direct are NOT worth my hard earned money.
