Tammy G21305 StarI recently used Flo & Co to refurbish a small kitchen at my mothers house. They managed the whole project (removing old kitchen, new flooring, plumbing, electrics and decorating). The quality is great, and the price was really competitive.Their customer service is second to none, both their designers and fitters. I was extremely impressed with their product knowledge, enthusiasm and creative flare, as well as their ability to take onboard feedback and develop my ideas further. The team were attentive and easy to communicate with; they were also very patient and not pushy in the slightest.
Furthermore, they went above and beyond to quickly get hold of a number of additional samples, so that my client could see everything together, allowing us to confidentially sign off on even the smallest of details. An invaluable process, which sadly not all suppliers provide.
It was a real pleasure working with this company.
