Took 5 months to fit 2 doors. 5 MONTHS. They said they were waiting for the doors to come in. I called Parts-plus and they had the doors for my car in-stock and these we available on next-day delivery. Granted supply chains are challenging at the moment, however, how many times did they call, message or email me with updates over the five months they had the car? ZERO. Not once. When I called them I was told twice (weeks apart) that they had everything in stock and were going to do the work in the next week. 3 months and several calls later no progress. At the exact same time they were telling the insurance company that they were waiting for parts? On the plus side, the work they eventually did was of good quality, the painting looked decent and the car was clean and tidy on collection.

Just had my car delivered back from this garage. Car looks like a brand new one. Had to wait a few weeks to book in but glad I waited as the results are first class. Have already passed on the positive feedback to my insurer as well.
