I recently came to get my infant daughters ears pierced here, I phoned to book and they happily answered any questions I had putting my mind at ease. The staff were friendly and helpful and the piercing was done nice and quickly. Reasonably priced too!

I took my daughter to get her ears pierced. As she is young I was told that two people would pierce both ears at the same time. Only one of the women could use the piercing gun. The other woman was not trained, qualified or capable. She initially punctured the ear without piercing leaving the ear lobe bleeding , she then pierced it in the wrong place clamping down far too long, the earring had to be removed and re-pierced by the other lady. Rather than apologising the lady hid in a back room and they did not apologize until I called following my appointment. The quality of care was extremely poor and the risk taken with my daughter was unnecessary. If only one person was qualified and trained then they should have pierced one ear at a time. The team provided poor customer service, they lack professionalism and became flustered. I DON'T recommend!!!!
