I have had the need to use Mark on 3 occasions in the last year for separate issues and challenges on lap tops and home PCs and on each occasion he has done a great job for us. Most recently he resolved an issue on a relatively new laptop. His service and resolution far exceeded what was offered by the large retailer we bought the lap top from in terms of cost, time taken to resolve the matter and end solution.
