Graham Blake3 StarBizarre shopping experience. I wanted to get some e juice on my holiday to Suffolk and this place was the only shop nearby. I looked online in advance to see what flavour juices were available, but the website doesn’t show this information. So I went to the shop. When I arrived I asked if they had a list of the juices available, the lady serving replied no. I asked how customers know which flavours are available (it is not possible to read the text on the packets behind the counter) the staff member said I should just ask for the flavour I wanted and she would see if they have it. We then had an uncomfortable couple of minutes of me asking for flavours I like, and her looking for any similar flavours they offer. It was pretty much a guessing game on both parties. I left with only a couple of bottles because I could not guess at the flavours they actually do offer which were close to what I wanted. Why not have a list to avoid the guessing game?Thursday 24th February 2022
