Hi. Stay well away from this company. You would rather use a bigger company such as Max Spielmann in Leicester City Centre. I used this company to go and take some passport photos for a photo and the owner did not explain correctly the process and that since it is digital , copies of the photos cannot be given in hard copy which is false and incorrect. This information is incorrect as if you use Max Spielmann they send you a digital copy by email , as well as issue you with the hard copies of the photos. The owner he had submitted the details to the passport office , but this did not happen and had to do it myself. Pay £2 more and you get the service as well as proper information. If you want good customer service and to treated fairly and equally , especially if one does not understand and are not confident use a bigger high street company. If there is a problem , you can always go back to them which is not the case with a small company.

Stay well away from this photography studio. The quality is really really poor he takes full payment beforehand and really messes you around. All he’s interested is in the money he has no care for your big day. Our wedding video was poor unfinished and shocking as well as the photos. He would rather sit and enjoy the food you are serving on the day rather than capture once in a lifetime moments. He is awful I’m devastated. Please do not use this studio.

He took full payment before hand but the photo quality is very poor. We sent him some examples before the wedding and told him we wanted to do in that style but he did not even take the picture properly and did the opposite..some pictures had too much flash and some did not have any light. Also the photographer is Sunil.

Got some photos done, explained there is an extra charge for digital codes whereas other providers do not charge extra. Also ignored my text messages. Wish we didn't go there. Shop around people!There are better places out there!
