On receiving a call from your alarm monitoring station, we will respond immediately.
At your premises, we fully investigate the cause of the activation
If we detect a crime, we will liaise with the Police and assist them where necessary. Our officers are forensically aware and are trained to ensure potential evidence is undisturbed.
A member or our response team will remain on site until we can re-secure and alarm your property.
Should the worst happen emergency repairs can be arranged; using one of our own locksmiths to make repairs or board up if necessary.
Chaperone Service
If your protocols require that your own employees act as keyholders, then our chaperone service can be used to protect your staff whilst carrying out these duties. We meet and accompany the keyholders so they are not lone working and assist them where necessary.
Locking and Unlocking
We can undertake routine locking and unlocking of premises on behalf of our clients.
This can be to ensure that premises are fully secured and alarm systems set, or to ensure buildings or car parks are unlocked on time every day.

Fatima5 StarCameron was professional, transparent and prompt. If you are locked out of your home, I highly recommend this company.
I choose it after Googling and making a few calls. Stay away from companies which are answered by a call centre - they are not necessarily transparent about what they will do or how much it will cost you.

The price was very reasonable and I really appreciated the extra effort that was involved as the previous owner had made a real mess of the existing locks. Where do I begin... my car broke down (engine would start, then cut out shortly after, and a roadside assistance mechanic thought it was key/ key reader related), so I contacted Fidelis and Cameron came out to me incredibly swiftly. He was a really understanding and honest guy, and I could tell he had my best interests at heart when he was questioning what the roadside assistance mechanic was saying, when that guy was convinced what the issue was (in the end it turned out Cameron was more along the right track of what the issue was than the roadside assistance guy was).
Over the next week Cameron helped me with troubleshooting the issue with my car, staying late beyond the call of duty just to do all he could to help. He is incredibly passionate about what he does and about solving problems; that really shows in his commitment to his work. I've never had anyone who has worked on my car go so above and beyond for me, and at the same time be the nicest person ever - he even gave me a lift home from the garage near by, one night after a long, tiring day.
I cannot speak highly enough of Cameron, and Fidelis as a company - it genuinely was by far the best experience I've had of any company, hands down. They really care, and have your best interests at heart - not like so many other companies that just want to do the minimum and then charge you an arm and a leg!
For the most amazing customer service, passion, commitment and open honesty Cameron and Fidelis have shown, I will forever rave about them to all of my friends and family - cannot recommend highly enough!!
