I rang the garage this morning to query if they would be able to let some oil out of our Mercedes Sprinter LWB after the oil had been overfilled by a different garage at the last service. The guys were so helpful on the phone and told us we could bring it straight down and they would sort it out for us! They let the oil out there and then! Supplied me and my son with tea and chocolate cookies while we waited & didn't accept any money for sorting out the van!! We are so grateful! They couldn't have been more helpful, they truly went above and beyond. Thank you so much, again! Highly recommend.

Tremendously excellent service! Took our car in for a service and MOT and it gone done in record timing (blazingly fast) and to such a high standard! Ferdotti are super professional and they even washed our car as well! We couldn't be happier and will go to them for all our future, motoring maintenance needs!
