COVID-19 UPDATE> 13.05.2020 - We are pleased to say we are now operating all normal parcel deliveries and our large services are back up and running. Please still be advised that although we are doing our utmost from our end to provide you with express services we are told that delays are still possible where staff numbers within courier services are low. As you will see from our recent feedback, smaller items on express 24 are being delivered on time and even a day early as we are trying where possible to dispatch your orders on the same day they are ordered to help in the case of any delays. Socially distant collections are welcome also on pre-booked appointments. Very bad experience with very bad company. Terrible Customer service and people not bothered about Customers. Ring this morning and ask one of the lads trying to explain situation and they just start swearing and treat you like a shi... BUYERS BE CAREFUL. That one star its only because there is no option for zero stars.
