Me and my husband went to the shop to repair the puncture. The worked said it cannot be fixed, and the tyle must be replaced. My husband asked for the same tyle, the worker of the place stated it will be THE SAME. After fitting, my husband noticed that nothing apart of tyre brand were the same! He challenged worker, and manager, then the manager supported worker, that yes the same brand, but not thread or what seasons it can be used for.(ours were all seasons, we got fitted only summer one!)
After putting the official complaint, we have been told that this tyre is not available in UK(ANOTHER LIE) this is why it couldn't be fitted. And apparently worker did say that it will be closest match as possible (ANOTHER LIE!!!!)Wednesday 17th August 2022
domo freeq1 StarI punctured my tyre, and needed help with that asap. after inspection it came out that tyre need to be replaced. On my easy question: " do you have the same tyre available today?" Employee said they have the same tyre. After everything it went out only the same is brand of the tyre. As I travel a lot to Europe I will have to buy one more tyre. I did contact office via email and I got respond that I knew the tyre is not gonna have the same tread and I did agree on it, which is not true at all. So that mean this service lied to area manager about the situation. Very unprofessional. That was last time I was up there .... No matter what.Thursday 18th August 2022
Joe Turner4 StarSame day ordering in, delivery, and fitting of a new exhaust after the old one rusted out. Friendly, helpful staff fitted the exhaust there and then while I waited (~30 mins). Expensive, but probably a fair price for keeping the back box from dragging on the ground! New exhaust looks good and sounds much better. Happy to use againMonday 6th December 2021
