I took my car to this place to have the wheel alignment done, i was told it was done and went on holiday afterwards.after coming back from i drove the car and didnt feel right as was pulling to the side.i took the car back to the workshop and spoke to chap named ben and he told me i had to be charged again coz it was over a month that the alignment was done.so does it mean it was meant to last a month? I got the car home and emailed their head office and i was ignored and its now over 2 weeks and no answer from the them
I have taken my car to be checked elsewhere and just been told my car wheel alignment need to be done
Shocking service and poor customer service and i wont be doing any repairs there just to be safe side of same problem occuring after a monthMonday 12th September 2022
