Waited 20 minutes on a Tuesday lunchtime only to be served by a lady who didn’t give full attention to me the customer. Because someone was having trouble at photo booth and kept interrupting and with only two people serving was a very slow process And now we find that one of my parcels (Easter egg) hasn’t arrived up to Manchester posted on 12th One I sent to wales took a week to arrive posted same date. Very disappointed children

Was told by Royal Mail online to visit the store to print out a label only for them to say we don’t scan or print them out, either they were far too lazy and exceptionally rude or they’re services are well below the expectations and policies of every other post office, if I’m honest it all depends on who serves you some do it no problem scan it in print it out and the others could not give too s**s as if they’re job is below them disgusting service full of lies and laziness

Had a letter which was 2cm too long in length (fit the requirements otherwise for a large letter) to send as a large letter. Politely asked if i would be able to post the item for cheaper if I bought a smaller letter to put it in. They blatantly said no. I trusted them at first until I realised that they would’ve been able to charge me less, really disappointed.
