Came in for 1 slice of cake and left with 4! I haven’t tried them yet but they look amazing and the staff are so friendly and down to earth. I can’t wait to try them!!

I ordered a birthday cake on 28/5/22 (order 1112) for collection today (Saturday 4/6/22) I went to collect it at 11 a.m. as requested and they couldn't find my order. It was eventually found attached to a page in the diary and had not been passed to the bakery department for processing. I was asked to come back in an hour which wasn't really convenient but I changed a couple of appointments around and collected it an hour later. The girl in the shop was very apologetic and I know it wasn't her fault. I feel this might not have been a one off situation. The weekend staff rely on their weekday colleagues following the process for them to know how many cake orders are required for collection on a Saturday. I did try to email the address that was on my receipt but every time I tried to send it the email was blocked due to recipient not receiving emails !!! ... I hope the cake is worth it (it looks like it will be) ... Rant over
