I enjoy visiting Fairy Nails. Even if there’s a queue it’s nice to sit at chat to the other customers. My simple gel nails always get a base coat, 3 coats and a top coat. They last sooo well and I only get them redone because of nail growth. Would certainly recommend!

Clearly very experienced and well trained staff, they run a highly efficient nail salon with endless colour choices, manis, pedis, gels, acrylics, nail art... Had my nails gel polished here twice so far and no issues, nails are absolutely perfect! Only thing I feel is missing is that personal touch and connection - but truthfully, this is a walk-in high street salon with a very high turnover of clients, so it is as you would expect. Also it would be good if they accepted card payments but it's cash only. Take note before getting involved with your nails and go to the cashpoint before you walk in!!

Today, we took one of our young people from our residential children's home to get her nails painted with supporting staff. This young person has a diagnosis of autism and was very excited to get her nails done as she loves to do this as an activity. For no discernible reason, they said they have the right to refuse service and were not going to paint her nails, despite her not displaying any challenging behaviour. This is discrimination and this made her quite upset, we went elsewhere for the service.
