Travelled up from Gloucestershire to go to the Hospital and went into town centre. On the search for Wedding Rings and was delighted that hinds had a good selection of Rings. Unfortunately my partner never had a mask so was barred entry. I thought that restriction had ended and was personal choice for masks . O well their loss - give my custom to another business

Excellent service. Tried to replace .y battery on my watch , even though there was a sign that stated it could not be done until tomorrow Did the job in a few minutes. However there was a setting that could not reset. The staff tried and tried to rectify the problem. They could not be more helpful and all staff attempted to rectify the problem. Asked to leave it until the morning , when the expert was in. The staff were so reassuring and helpful. Could not fault them. So nice to be treated as a genuine customer and with courtesy Would have no hesitation in using again. Well done all staff. M d Thomas
