Hi there, I’m Dee! I am a mum, a wife, and the owner of Extra Help Worthing.

You may be here because you need a little more time in your life for the things that matter, like your kids, your family, your friends, or yourself. Sometimes just a little headspace is good for recovering from a busy week or for planning something fun for the future. That’s what we do here at Extra Help: give you plenty of that precious, unrenewable resource called Time.

You know the chores that pull you away from your loved ones? We accomplish those for you to an excellent standard. My helpers are trained, self-driven, and respectful of your home and your life. They are DBS-checked, honest, and I trust them. If you need someone with a special talent, such as cooking or gardening, we’ve got you covered. And yes, we are fully insured, of course!

For the older, special people who are still making their mark on our lives, Extra Help offers kind, intelligent, supportive helpers who provide companionship, shopping, meal preparation, home-cleaning, pet care, and the occasional witty conversation. Imagine the difference this makes to the quality of their lives!

You choose the jobs that need to get done! It’s just £14 for each hour of home help, or £17 for each hour of elderly care.
