Have booked one appointment on a weekday. When nobody didn't turn up called Crown Removals. Luke was very apologetic and rebooked my appointment for Saturday morning at 9.30 am. I received a phone call at 9.29am that he was stack in traffic and will be few minutes late. After that phone call no company representative came in and no phone call to explain this delay. Also not answering the phone either. Can you trust this company to move you anywhere?

I'd moved twice before and had one good experience and one bad. I was delighted with the service that we got from Crown. Very hard working, very polite guys. Excellent value for money. I would happily trust them with all my worldly goods again!
