Chris fixed a particular tricky shower controller that was leaking profusely all of a sudden. At one point I feared we’d have to break tiles to get at he unit but he found a way to make it work. Top notch.

Exeter Property Services did a whole list of maintenance jobs for me, from shelving, carpentry type repairs, changing taps, built a bathroom airing cupboard with shelving and door replacement etc. Each job was completed efficiently and to a very high standard. All mess cleared too!
