Exceed Support Services offers a unique combination of premier home health care and community-based social services to adult service users in Northampton and surrounding areas. Our Service users consist of individuals and families in need of home health care and/or social services. Exceed' carers are trained and experienced with caring for those with learning disabilities. We understand there may be times, when your family is unsure on how to cope with transition to adult services. Here at Exceed', we have various options available including supported-living services for young-adults.
