I've been an Estate Agent since 1996, starting in Maidstone as a Trainee Branch Manager, then working my way through the ranks to Regional Director for a large National Estate Agency until opening EweMove Strood & Rochester in January 2020. I was very impressed from start to finish. My valuation appointment was booked and confirmed promptly. John was very friendly, professional and helpful. We had a good amount of viewings and secured a good buyer. John and jack kept us informed along the way and were always there to help or answer any questions. The moment John came round we felt that we were in safe hands. He explained the process of the sale with regard to viewing, costs and the legal side of the transaction. Jack was the agent who showed the prospective buyer's around. The viewings went very smoothly with us taking the dog out while Jack conducted them. When the house was sold, we were told we needed certain safety certificates. John pointed us in the right direction and advised us as to what we needed to do. We definitely would recommend EweMove in Strood. They were always quick to get back to us . No question was too big or too small. The photography and description was excellent. Ewe move sold a house for me a couple of years ago and did a fantastic job. Their recommendations on the process, even to their partners were incredible. I recently sought out their help again and they were as good as ever, unfortunately I’m not ready to sell just yet but they’ll be my only port of call in the future. We decided to go with John and his team at Ewe Move following a visit out to our house. So glad we went with this team! We had probably one of the most stressful house moves possible; anything that could come up did! However having John and his team handling our sale enabled us to get through the hurdles every step of the way helping and advising on lots of matters,his team managed our situation professionally with a calming manner.
