Sian Watts1 StarI've been using Shapnam for a few years, was always amazing. This is the second time I've used since the change, the first was poor but gave the benefit of the doubt. Food is tasteless, definitely changed the recipes, price has increased and portion size has decreased. We won't be using again.Wednesday 22nd June 2022
starbar Rothschild3 StarBeen ordering from benfleet since 2016 we usually have set meal D - for 2 people - since the change we have tried the set meal for 2 but ;A) the price has increased, B) the quantity of food seems less and C) you have substantially changed the contents -its not nearly as nice for us.
The price change alone is understandable but, taking all things into account, sadly we have to find another restaurant.Tuesday 19th April 2022
