Shervorn G1 StarAvoid using this company. I’ve had a front door fitted less than one year ago and I’ve had to call 3 times about the locking mechanism. It keeps sticking and I’m being told it is because of the size of the handle, it is too small and does not allow for me to lift up. it has absolutely nothing to do with that. Still waiting for the issue to be rectified. Do not waste your money, go elsewhere.Tuesday 14th December 2021

They used no measuring tools, just second guess. Nothing is straight, the broke one of the window frames and glued it together. The shelves to the window frame all move. They don't know how to do a complete finish at all. What a load of nothings. Don't go there.Friday 11th June 2021
R R1 StarCowboys. Fitted my doors and windows 4 years ago and whilst initially OK the door developed a fault. I found the paperwork and gave them a call expecting a 10 year guarantee, only to be told that there was only a 1 year guarantee. Having checked the fine print on the receipt it says 1 year but I have other paperwork stating it is 10 years and they are refusing to fix my door unless paid to do it.Monday 1st March 2021
