Severe lack of customer service. Ordered online and went to collect 2 days later as instructed on email. Part not available and told return next morning, no apologies. Returned next morning to be told the same thing. When I asked to cancel the order as already wasted 2 trips there the part was suddenly available. Rude staff. Now heading for third trip as although based on number plate part is not correct. Tried calling and although clearly says open on website, no answer on phone. Will not be using again

You may as well go up to the counter and ask for a long weight because that is what you are getting whatever else you ask for. Really slow and disorganized even before covid 19. Painful experience now.

It was OK and staff not so friendly. It was a Sunday and you could see the staff not wanting to be there. Parts seems more expensive on a weekend and my part was not in the manufacturer packaging. Ordered a valeo part. They have what you need in there
