Simon was able to come and assess the situation quickly, we had an issue with a missing part but as soon as it arrived it was fitted that tea time.

Robert Connelly5 StarHad a new dual fuel cooker that needed commissioning and Simon from Essex Gas Solutions Ltd arrived within 20 minutes of the appointed time and undertook the required gas checks, levelled the cooker, put the rear chain on to prevent toppling and showed me the safety features whilst giving me complete confidence in the service he had provided and future works he could do with boiler and gas fire servicing.
