Louise Edwards5 StarCalled into the shop on Saturday with a specific e-bike in mind. I have used an E-bike since 2019, but never been happy with my choice.
Ian asked questions, to determine what I wanted, to get out of my e-bike.
His knowledge, and sharing of this knowledge in an understandable way, ‘for novices’ is fantastic.
There was no pressure selling after explaining and giving me facts and choices to consider, which E-bike would be best for my needs.

Antony Farmer5 StarIan and his business partner run a very good business. They fitted me in for an urgent wheel replacement late on a Saturday afternoon in April whist I was on a 200+ mile trek. Great customer service.

Felipe Franco1 StarOrdered tires on Sunday and paid extra for 24 hour tracked delivery. It is now Thursday and they still have not arrived at the time of writing this review... Website stated they would be dispatched on Monday; however they are closed on Monday (which i found out Monday afternoon)... I spoke to Royal Mail on Wednesday as the tires had not arrived and they confirmed that i did not receive the tires the following day because the items were posted after 5pm..... So you pay extra for a 24 hour service when it is clear you will not in fact get it within 24 hours... Seems petty but i needed the tires for a trip and i have had to buy emergency tires elsewhere....... I'm fuming.Thursday 12th May 2022

Was nervous at first because I had not heard of them and they were a long way away but a couple of phone calls put my mind at rest. Very efficient and friendly and clearly know their stuff.
