Called the company on a Sunday evening when discovering the toilet was blocked. Had an engineer out early next morning unblocking and also discovering the drains had collapsed. Following day had the garden dug up and drains repaired and some sections lined to save on costs and all the information I needed to pass on to our insurance company. All this was going on the same time my husband was critically ill in hospital and open heart surgery the day of repair. The whole team including the office took all stress away from the situation and gave plenty of support during the event and after when liasing with the insurance company. They were well priced and responded quickly to our emergency. I would also like to say a thank you to Wayne our engineer who also checked in with me the following day for an update on my husband and for being so kind during a stressful time. Luke was also amazing and nothing was too much trouble when it came to reports and the insurance company. Cannot recommend this company enough. Thanks guys.

ATTENTION - DO NOT GO WITH THESE PEOPLE! MUST READ!!!! These guys con'd my freehold which I felt really bad about... I did not attend the job because my letting agent organized the work and it seems they took advantage of that fact. When questioning the work done and why (before payment) I was told that they have photos of the work carried out, but they won't share them until the bill was paid and by the way, each day the payment was delayed the price was increasing with the threat of court... It was quite unbelievable how they communicated with me, all I did was ask what work was done and if I could see some photos. That all happened before I even received the invoice; they sent me the legal terms and conditions first - really! Why I am taking my time to write this is because they did exactly what was documented and shown on the BBC Watchdog TV series just this week. Search the web for "BBC Watchdog drainage" It's probably the same people because I note that the BBC link states "company's director is from Dorset" They hide behind a questionable dirty legal contract which defends their operation. I attached a copy of their contract to this review site in case it helps you, it was repeatedly quoted along with their aggressive emails while I was simply trying to establish what work was carried out and why. As a final note, I can only imagine how they bully old people. I feel so strongly about protecting others from these guys that, if you want, feel free to contact me and I will share the email between myself and them so you can see how they are. HONESTLY, BEWARE!

County Drains were fantastic! After months of problems which my landlord wouldnt fix they finally called in County Drains who dealt with the problem immediately and left the system working. County Drians were professional and nice. Unfortunately the landlord is as untrustworthy as a customer as he is a landlord. He has left an awful review for this company even though they did a great job and communicated with the agent all the way through. The 'agent' is owned by the landlord and has various names but always the same person which is odd. I witnessed the agent agree to the works and state he would pay but after the work was done he said the landlord would pay but is in another country. The landlord recently asked me to leave a bad review because he was annoyed that he was tracked down and was going to have court action served on him but I refuse because the company were nice, honest and fixed a major problem on an antique system. This type of thing happens with all tradesmen when the landlord finally gets important work done.

The engineer( Ross ) did a great job fixing my problems with my drains. Reasonably priced for all the work that they did. They Didn’t try to rip me off and got the job done quickly
